How do I check whether someone is a German Public Accountant?
In the professional register of the Chamber of Public Accountants (WPK), which is public under section 37(1) WPO. Search by name or register number.
Do you only work for automotive suppliers?
No, they are one focus. For example, we developed a green electricity audit programme and audit the suppliers of ZF Friedrichshafen AG worldwide. We also audit and advise mid-sized companies in other industries.
What does working with you cost?
That depends on the scope and the state of your documents. We clarify both in the intro call; the fee basis is fixed in writing before we start.
Do you also come to us?
Yes, where the audit requires it, for example for a site visit, and gladly for the closing meeting. Otherwise we usually work by video; that saves you time and travel costs.
Why are there hardly any client names here?
The very fact of an engagement is confidential (section 43(1) WPO, section 203(1) no. 3 StGB). We name clients only with their consent and show voices from public reviews without the authors' names, unless they have agreed to be named.
How high is the professional indemnity insurance?
At least 1 million euros per claim (section 54(4) WPO). Insurer and territorial scope are in the legal notice.
What do you not take on?
Legal advice. Where a legal question affects our result, we name it and obtain a lawyer’s assessment.
