OUR SERVICE MODEL

How We Work

Three principles that guide every Training session.

1

Taught by Experts

Every session is led by a certified public auditor in the trenches. No B-team trainers. No recycled slides.

2

Engineered for You

We decode your team’s needs, use intel from your industry, and build the session around you. This isn’t off-the-shelf.

3

Maximum Impact. Your Schedule.

Take your pick: 90-minute power sprints, half-day deep dives, or multi-day academies. On your turf, online, or both. You call the shots.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the training sessions?

You can choose between 90-minute compact sessions, half-day workshops for deeper insights, or multi-day academies for comprehensive skill-building. We schedule the sessions to fit your calendar.

How do you ensure the content matches our team's knowledge level?

We tailor the content to the existing knowledge of your employees. Our training is typically designed for three levels. The Fundamentals level is for participants with no prior knowledge. For practitioners with existing knowledge, we offer an advanced Practitioner level for deeper dives. Technical deep-dives for experienced professionals are covered at the Expert level.

We run a short discovery beforehand to adapt examples and exercises so everyone benefits.

What is the optimal group size?

For interactive in-person workshops, we recommend a maximum of 15 participants. For online formats, up to 30 participants are optimal. Smaller groups allow for a higher degree of interaction.

Can we combine different topics in one training session?

Yes. If required, we can design integrated training sessions that combine topics such as sustainability reporting, financial reporting, and risk management. One example is the EU Taxonomy, which covers both sustainability and financial aspects.

Who conducts the training?

Our training is delivered by experienced practitioners who have extensive hands-on implementation experience with the relevant frameworks (e.g., ESRS, IFRS S1/S2).

What materials do participants receive?

As a standard, we provide the presentation materials as a PDF document. Editable formats, session recordings, or supplementary learning materials are available upon request.

How are training costs calculated?

The cost depends on the number of participants, duration, format (online/in-person), and the level of customization. You will receive a detailed quote upfront.

What lead time do you require?

Compact training sessions can typically be delivered within a week. Multi-day, custom-designed academies require a preparation time of two to three weeks.

What if we need further support after the training?

We offer flexible follow-up models. These range from regular refresher sessions and targeted consulting engagements for implementation support to answering specific questions via our Research Service.
